This notice explains how the Hruf meditation and breath-healing app handles information while you practice: marks on the day dial, breath sessions, recovery plans, reflection notes, optional shore stills, and—only if you open Lotus Guide—limited prompts sent to named AI services. Hruf does not require registration or sign-in.
Hruf is a personal meditation and breath-healing app. Its core experience is quiet practice on your device: tide-guided breathing, a day dial for how each hour feels, body-tension check-ins, recovery scheduling, Reflect views, and a gentle ledger for private notes. You may also attach an optional shore still from your photos or camera when marking a feeling.
You can use Today, Practice, Plans, and Reflect without creating a profile or giving us an email address. There is no mandatory account system. Lotus Guide is an optional helper inside that same app; it is not required for ordinary meditation.
Most sessions stay on your phone. You mark how you feel, follow a breath protocol in the practice room, plant short recovery windows on the plan board, and look back gently in Reflect. Pace preference, custom tideforms, and pinned protocols also stay local so your rhythm remains available offline.
Standard breath sessions, plans, and ledger writing do not require a network connection and do not send your journal to remote services.
If you open Lotus Guide, you may answer a few quiet questions, assess today’s marks, and type or speak a short wish. Guide then prepares a personalized breath course for you. That course drafting uses remote AI over the network:
The prompt package sent for that request can include your wish, need, available minutes, body focus, and condensed mood or pace signals from local marks. Speech, if used, is turned into text on the device first; the text—not a retained raw audio archive in the app—may be included in the prompt. If the network request fails, Hruf may offer a simple on-device rule-based course only as a backup so you can still practice.
You can skip Guide entirely and still use every core meditation feature. Model or routing details may change; material updates will appear in a revised effective statement when practicable.
Hruf does not need location, contacts, or health-platform access for its meditation features.
Only when you run Lotus Guide do Grsai and the models named above process the prompt package to return text or imagery. Their systems may keep technical request metadata under their own terms. We do not sell your practice journal or run Hruf as a social network. Meditation marks, plans, and ledger notes stay local unless you choose to include related signals in a Guide request.
We apply reasonable measures suited to a meditation app that keeps practice journals on device, including limiting what leaves the phone to Guide prompts you start, and using encrypted transport for those network requests.
No electronic method is perfectly secure. We work to reduce risk but cannot guarantee that unauthorized access will never occur.
Local practice records remain until you clear them in Settings, uninstall the app, or the system removes app storage. You may export a week summary as text. If you used Guide, prompt materials for that request are processed to fulfill course generation. Because Hruf has no mandatory account, we do not keep a separate cloud archive of your full meditation history under a user login.
Hruf is intended for a general audience seeking wellness practice and is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child used Guide in a concerning way, write to us and we will take reasonable steps consistent with this notice and applicable requirements.
Questions about this notice or Hruf data practices may be sent to softbloom@hrufmist.com. Please include enough detail for us to understand your request. We aim to respond within a reasonable time under applicable laws and relevant regulatory requirements.
